In light of the recent and ongoing disruptions in internet connectivity across the country, which have significantly impacted access to academic resources and submission platforms, the ICCKE 2025 Organizing Committee has decided to revise the paper submission schedule.
We recognize the considerable challenges faced by researchers in uploading their work, accessing scientific databases, and coordinating with co-authors during this period. Ensuring fairness and inclusivity for all contributors — particularly those affected by these unforeseen infrastructural limitations — remains a top priority for us.
Therefore, the paper submission deadline has been rescheduled to July 22, 2025. We hope this extended timeline will offer sufficient opportunity for authors to finalize and submit their work without compromising quality due to external constraints.
