Technical Program Chair – ICCKE 2025
We are pleased to introduce Dr. Sayed Kamaledin Ghiasi-Shirazi, Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, as the Technical Program Chair for ICCKE 2025.
Dr. Ghiasi-Shirazi received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology in 2010. His research spans a wide range of core AI and machine learning domains, including:

*Neural Networks & Deep Learning
*Pattern Recognition
*Probabilistic Graphical Models
*Reinforcement Learning
*Machine Vision
With a strong academic track record and deep expertise in intelligent systems, Dr. Ghiasi-Shirazi brings critical insight and leadership to the technical direction of the conference.
