Dear IACE Ameerpet Students,
The RFID Registration Google Form is now activated.
Students who have not yet registered are requested to fill in the form with accurate details and upload the following clear, professional soft copies:
1. E-Aadhaar (Unlocked)
2. 10th Memo
3. Passport-Size Photograph
Important:
• Students who have already submitted the form need not submit it again.
• Please ensure that all details and uploaded documents are accurate and clear.
• Only students who have not yet registered should fill out the form.
Important Note:
Students enrolled under SI & PC and RRB One Notification do not need to fill out this RFID Registration Google Form.
This form is applicable only to students who are required to complete RFID registration.
