🦉 HTND 2.11.0 released. 🦉

Be happy! Network was again only down for few days, but now you will have more secure network. HF to bigger max blue anticone and more secure block parent selection is already active. Datadir link available on release notes. I'll write information later what happened and why something like it could happen again, but I need to relax now.
