Dear applicants,Admission to the HSE University campus located in Moscow is conducted IN PERSON.
You must appear at the Admissions Office to submit the following documents:
Educational documents (diploma/certificate + grade supplement) and notarized translations of these documents;
Passport under which you will enter the territory of the Russian Federation (If you have a Russian passport, you must enter the country using it. You must also present it when visiting the Admissions Office);
Notarized translation of the passport;
Application for admission;
Consent to enrollment;
Consent to the processing of personal data;
Consent to the publication of personal data;
Acknowledgment form regarding visa and migration requirements of the Russian Federation;
Four color photographs, size 3×4 cm.Note: if your documents required legalization or an apostille, you must bring the legalized documents and their legalized copies, as well as the original documents themselves.
Please note that you must submit to the Admissions Office exactly the documents that you previously uploaded to the HSE University Foreign Applicant's Personal Account.
Prior appointment is required for visiting.
