We are looking for a Senior Medical Representative with a proven track record in medical or dental sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships while consistently achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Dental's products and solutions to dentists, dental clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maximize business opportunities.
Execute territory plans and ensure effective customer coverage.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Dentistry (Preferred), Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine.
3–5+ years of successful experience in pharmaceutical, medical, dental, or healthcare sales,Experience in the dental industry is a strong advantage.
Proven history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and account management skills.
Excellent planning, territory management, and customer relationship skills.
Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
Residency in or near the assigned territory is required.
