So many of you were eager to complete KYC and move forward at the same time that our platform experienced an extraordinary surge in traffic. That level of demand placed significant pressure on our servers, resulting in instability and making access to some parts of the platform difficult for users.
Our engineering team has been working intensively behind the scenes to identify the bottlenecks, stabilize the infrastructure, and restore a smoother experience. Weโre happy to say that the platform is now stable and operating normally. โ
