RSquad complaint reached the Swiss regulator 🙄 The Swiss foundation regulator ESA reportedly accepted the evidence package on TON Foundation’s $4.66M payments to RSquad. They confirmed receiving all 8 PDF reports, sent the case to a specialized lawyer, and will review it under foundation law. That means possible supervisory measures are now on the table. ESA is also likely to notify The Open Network Stiftung and ask for explanations based on an anonymous summary of the evidence. So the RSquad story is no longer just Telegram drama. Once the regulator opens the file, “failed R&D” becomes a legal question TON 24/7 🤑
