📦 *Article Delivery by BPM – Step-by-Step Process*
Follow the steps below to do Article Delivery through DSS (Doorstep Service) in the Dream App by BPM:
*To be done in the Bagging option*
*Step 1️⃣ — Bag Receipt*
First, Receipt the Bag received.
*Step 2️⃣ — Bag Open*
After receiving the Bag, Open the Bag.
*Step 3️⃣ — Invoice*
After opening the Bag, Invoice the concerned Articles.
*Step 4️⃣ — Select Doorstep Service*
While invoicing, select the “Doorstep Service” option.
*Step 5️⃣ — Acknowledge*
After selecting Doorstep Service, Acknowledge the concerned Article.
*Step 6️⃣ — Article Delivery*
After acknowledging, Deliver the Article.
📱 In this way, Article Delivery can be easily done through DSS (Doorstep Service) in the Dream App.
⚠️ *Important Instruction*
No BPM should go to Return and do Direct Article Delivery.
First, Invoice and Acknowledge the Article as per the complete DSS Process given above, and only then do the Article Delivery.
❌ Doing Direct Delivery by going into Return will *affect the DSS %*.
Therefore, all BPMs should ensure that every Article is delivered as per the proper DSS Process only.
👤 *For BPMs with ABPM*
If you have an ABPM, Invoice the Article in the name of your ABPM.
After this, the ABPM will install the DSS App on his mobile and deliver the concerned Article.
👉 All BPMs must compulsorily follow this process.
