SOUND IS CONTEXT

The same song can calm one person and distract another.

That is not inconsistency.

That is context.

Sound is processed alongside memory, expectation, environment, and the task in front of you. A slow ambient track may help you write. The same track may make you sleepy while driving. A familiar song may energize a workout and interrupt deep reading.

There is no universal “focus frequency.”

There is only the question: what does this sound do in this moment, for this person, during this task?

FIELD TEST

Create three playlists: focus, reset, and movement. Keep them simple. Test one soundscape at a time instead of searching endlessly for the perfect track.

Your nervous system does not need more options.

It needs recognizable cues.
