Russia and Armenia are no longer strategic allies, stated Pashinyan.
According to him, Russia is no longer mentioned as a strategic partner in the Armenian government's program for 2026-2031.
He cited the reason as Russia's failure to fulfill its allied obligations within the CSTO in 2022.
