ونسأل الله العلي القدير أن يكون عام القضاء على كل ما تبقى من فلول العصابات الإرهابية في كل ربوع الوطن الغالي.

In my name and in the name of the heroes of the Counter-Terrorism Service, we congratulate our honorable Iraqi people on the occasion of the new year , may God make it a safe and secure year for all our beloved countrymen.
