Head of Digital Marketing
5PM Ventures is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to support our Venture Studio and client marketing projects.
The role will initially focus on a Dubai-based 5PM Ventures project.
We are looking for someone who can connect brand positioning, content, paid campaigns, lead generation, CRM, WhatsApp inquiries, and performance into one practical digital marketing system.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage digital marketing activities across multiple projects.
Manage paid campaigns across Meta, Instagram, Google, display, and retargeting channels.
Support brand positioning, campaign direction, content planning, and digital presence.
Set up and improve lead generation, Click-to-WhatsApp, and basic CRM / lead tracking flows.
Track performance, lead quality, CPL, conversion rates, and key marketing results.
Coordinate with content, design, social media, and sales teams.
Prepare clear weekly reports with insights and next actions.
Requirements
Experience in digital marketing, branding, campaign planning, lead generation, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
Experience with international clients or brands is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects or client accounts at the same time.
Understanding of CRM, lead tracking, customer journeys, and campaign performance.
Ability to write or review English marketing copy.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with remote teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with UAE / GCC campaigns.
Agency experience.
Experience in service-based businesses such as automotive, clinics, real estate, beauty, home services, or B2B services.
Familiarity with CRM tools, dashboards, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
