[HSR] Character Kit
For the next little while any kits posted by us are being posted for preservation/record keeping purposes. Any notes will be attached to the characters as we deem necessary.
Xueyi Flush | Quantum Destruction
Note: This Character was developed around 3.5 which coincides with the batch of characters for 3.8 - 4.2. We do not know if this character is still planned or indefinitely shelved.
Basic
Deals DMG of Xueyi Flush's current Combat Type equal to (X × Break Effect + X%) of Xueyi Flush's ATK to one designated enemy.
Skill
Deals DMG of Xueyi Flush's current Combat Type equal to (X × Break Effect + X%) of Xueyi Flush's ATK to one designated enemy, and DMG equal to (X × Break Effect + X%) of Xueyi Flush's ATK to enemies adjacent to it.
Then if all allies share a Combat Type, deals DMG equal to (X × Break Effect + X%) of Xueyi Flush's ATK to one designated enemy, and DMG equal to (X × Break Effect + X%) of Xueyi Flush's ATK to enemies adjacent to it an additional X time(s), where X is the number of allies sharing her current Combat Type.
Ultimate
Applies Weakness of Xueyi Flush's current Combat Type to all enemies, and increases all allies' Weakness Break Efficiency by X%, lasting for X turn(s).
Then deals DMG equal to (X × Break Effect + X%) of Xueyi Flush's ATK to all enemies.
Talent
At the start of battle, gains 120 energy and if every other ally shares one Combat Type, Xueyi Flush's attacks will deal DMG and reduce Toughness of that Type
While Xueyi Flush is on the field and after allies attack Weakness Broken enemy targets, converts the Toughness Reduction of this attack into 1 instance of X% Super Break DMG and increases their Break Effect by X%.
Technique
Immediately attacks the enemy. After entering combat, deals X% of Xueyi Flush's ATK as Quantum DMG to all enemies.
