There is a hard disk failure, and data restoration from RAID 5 is in progress, which will take some time. However, services are expected to resume shortly.
Like the incidents this year involving ( Google Cloud, AWS, and Cloudflare ) a single point of failure can sometimes lead to significant disruptions. We are taking immediate steps to enhance our backup systems and strengthen our disaster recovery capabilities to prevent such issues in the future.
