progress so far, learned to clean schematics, bit of simulation, Data sheet reading and Finally applying what I learned in the last semisters (Signal processing, Network Synthesis, App Electronics, Digital Logic Design) into it. About the circuit think of it like health data collecting system for some system , where in the most left part of image is esp32 which is microprocessor for processing and communication with other computers like phone via Bluetooth or Hotspot, It is about 50% complete.
