🌱 Plant the Seed. Don't Force the Harvest. Recently, Sharon, one of Janet’s long-term clients, shared a reflection that touched us deeply. Through her volunteer work supporting youths and mothers, Sharon found herself revisiting a simple yet profound lesson she had learned years ago: Sometimes our role is not to change people. Sometimes our role is simply to plant a seed. As parents, mentors, friends, and caregivers, we often want to help those we care about. We want to offer solutions and see immediate progress. Yet meaningful growth rarely happens on our timetable. Some seeds take months. Some take years. And some continue growing long after we have forgotten planting them. Like many parents and caregivers, there is often a desire to fix problems and make things better immediately. Perhaps wisdom lies not in forcing the outcome, but in offering our support with sincerity and trusting the process. 🌱 Plant the seed. 🌱 Nurture with care. 🌱 Let life unfold. What seed are you planting today?
