I came across this flyer on Facebook, and the headline immediately caught my attention:
“You’ll become a billionaire in 6 months…”
It made me ask a simple question: Should Christians be encouraged to expect wealth without also being encouraged to develop the knowledge and skills required to create it?
There is nothing wrong with believing God for financial breakthroughs. But faith should also go hand in hand with wisdom, diligence, learning and responsible action.
Instead of depending entirely on promises of quick wealth, why not learn skills that can create real opportunities?
AI, graphics design, video editing, digital marketing, social media management, YouTube automation and other digital skills can give you practical tools to build value and explore legitimate income opportunities.
And when financial or spiritual claims are made, we should always examine them carefully and ask: What does Scripture actually teach?
