I am aware of this theory
however, I do not believe in it
you see, I think there's only 3 weather states out here :
- absolute heat that makes you vaporize on the spot
- torrential rains that provide you water for the year
- "nothing ever happens"
every other state you see is just a transition between the three. and exceptional situations like snow is just Palantir who messed up with the Earth Settings again
