The first of Fauci's texts were just released. The shocking timeline on the Biden admin's recklessness on the COVID vaccine and the unknown risk of miscarriages and birth defects:
January 2021: Fauci and Walensky privately recognize that the side effects many people experience after dose 2 could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester. Pregnant women weren't studied in the drug company's tests.
April 2021: Just three months later, the Biden admin urged pregnant women receive the shot in a White House press conference.
June 2021: A CDC study in NEJM said the vaccine is safe for pregnant women to take, but noted the study arms were not directly comparable and more study was needed. Medical associations and the Biden admin charged ahead.
January 2022: An OB/GYN criticizes the NEJM study, saying that excluding women in the third trimester would result in a much higher miscarriage rate.
2023: Tracy Beth Høeg, writing before joining the FDA, notes that Pfizer stopped a study into the matter after enrolling a fraction of the pregnant women it said it would. Even still, Pfizer reported 5.1% of infants of vaccinated moms had adverse events of special interest (AESI) while only 1.3% of infants in the control arm did.
