- Proven hands-on experience designing, training, and fine-tuning proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures
- Deep expertise in building advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks for complex document intelligence and knowledge management
- Strong background in Operational Research and Applied Mathematics, with the ability to develop optimization solvers and simulation models
- Proficiency in developing high-dimensional time-series forecasting, segmentation, and anomaly detection models for industrial use cases
- Experience conducting collaborative research and designing reusable AI core components and algorithms
- Familiarity with advanced data structures such as Vector Databases and Knowledge Graphs
- Ability to translate complex mathematical logic into scalable solutions
