Artificial Intelligence Found Almost 8,000 Problems in the Bitcoin Ecosystem

The Bitcoin Red Team, with help from China’s Kimi K3 and other AI models, audited 501 projects — wallets, Lightning infrastructure, libraries, payment software, and other open-source projects across the BTC ecosystem.

Results:
▫️ 7,958 potential problems found
▫️ 1,280 rated high or critical severity
▫️ ~25% of findings came with a working proof-of-concept exploit
▫️ Nearly 30% of results already handed over to project developers
