💥🔴 BINANCE HACKED FOR BILLIONS OF DOLLARS!
A major security incident has reportedly occurred at Binance. On-chain analysts are tracking cryptocurrency transfers estimated to be worth as much as $5.6–$5.8 billion. If confirmed to be stolen funds resulting from a cyberattack, this could become the largest hack in crypto history.
CZ stated that the situation appears to be a hack and expressed confidence that customer funds will be fully protected.
Tether announced that it had frozen over $1.567 billion in USDT, while Circle froze approximately $823 million in USDC linked to suspicious transfers. That’s a combined total of more than $2.39 billion.
