Bridges are dying, or so the pitch goes. Fun wants to bury the mechanics of moving cash so deep that users forget they are even on a blockchain. Great until the backend API gets compromised or the Liquidity dries up in the middle of a trade. This coffee tastes like burnt rubber and broken dreams. Why do we pretend these layers of code make things safer instead of just more complex for the inevitable hacks? It is basically shifting the risk from the user to the opaque infrastructure providers we cannot even see.
