The NYSE is getting closer to tokenized securities.
ICE is working with tZERO to build the infrastructure behind its upcoming platform, bringing blockchain technology deeper into traditional capital markets.
The partnership goes beyond building a tokenized securities marketplace. ICE will also gain access to tZERO’s 103 blockchain patents, while both companies explore how tokenized assets could eventually be used as collateral within ICE’s clearing infrastructure.
