but first lets look at one of the factor that i think makes us very inefficient with our time ... being a structure-less person.
but what does an it means structure-less person?
imagine this, you are someone who wakes up in the morning but have no idea what or how you're gonna do on the day ... you might have tasks on your todo list ... but you don't know exactly when you're actually going to do them.
So, firstly i want to bring up why i think this is a problem?
i think being structure-less is a very serios problem because even though you might set your intention for the day by using tools like a To-Do list, your lack of structure on when and how you have to do them might cost you very valuable time and energy.
anyways, why did i decide to talk about this problem?
honestly guys ... ever since i i finished class (~2months ago) i have been working hard but my hard work was never scheduled ... i was only working hard just because i FELT like working hard.
and that's the very crucial problem ... feelings!.
Feelings are never reliable because i might feel like working hard zare and not tomorrow, and this creates inconsistency which will drastically reduce how efficient you are at your task/hobby/work/studies etc. And as all of you hopefully know by now ... consistency is the best way to success in any metric in my opinion(wealth, health etc).
Anyways, the sub-topic of the day is, how can we use structure our day to more efficient with our time and achieve the most ❤️👍🏽
Lets start with WHY i think structuring your day is the best tool to use your time efficiently.
guys!! whenever we know for sure what our next move we let go of the burden of uncertainty. and that is the best way to focus on the present without stressing about your next moves.
Now we proceed with WHAT is the best way to structure our day.
remember guys, we all have mental notes on when, what and how we are gonna do a certain thing, example: i will work on my project in the afternoon or i will exercise in the morning etc. these are ofcourse good ways to go about doing something, but whats even better is to write down exactly what and when you're gonna do a certain task. and the best way to schedule your day is by time blocking(labeling every hour of the day with the exact things you're gonna do)
for example:
02:00 LT - 03:00 LT | exercise
03:00 LT - 04:00 LT | cook/have breakfast
04:00 LT - 06:00 LT | Work on project (focus block 1)
06:00 LT - 07:30 LT | cook/have lunch + rest 30 minutes (no screen)
07:30 LT - 08:00 LT | go for a walk + have coffee
08:00 LT - 10:00 LT | work on project (focus block 2)
and etc.
Lastly, lets speak about the a very important part ... HOW should we best structure our day.
IN MY OPPINION best way to structure our day is by going to chatGPT (or your preferred ai) and prompting the following:
"hey chat, i was trying to get [your tasks/goals] in [amount of days/exact dates] but first ask me all the questions needed in detail so we can create the best time blocked schedule and in the most details in what i should do exactly, but first please ask me all the necessary questions about my current situation and what exactly i want to do/achieve."
i hope you found this writing very helpful, please comment down what you think of this and also what you agreed with or what you didn't agree with. And also please feel VERY free to raise any questions relevant to the topic in hand. ❤️👍🏽
the document attached is how i would normally schedule my day by using the time-blocking method so you can visualize what I'm talking about better.
and yea this was my lil "text-form-presentation", have a great rest of your night guys ❤️👍🏽
