CPF Board will only contact you via emails ending with @cpf.gov.sg or @e.cpf.gov.sg.
Follow these steps to stay safe:
• DO NOT click on any links or download any attachments in the email.
• DO NOT provide any personal, banking, or Singpass details.
• DELETE the email immediately.
Official CPF Channels:
• Calls: Only from 6227 1188. We never call via WhatsApp.
• SMS: Only from the “gov.sg” sender ID.
• WhatsApp: Only from “CPF Board Text Us” or “CPF Board” with the blue verified tick.
• Emails: Official addresses end with @cpf.gov.sg or @e.cpf.gov.sg.
