DOT just spiked to 1.020 on the 8h, exploding off the 0.732 lows to fully break the descending trendline that had capped price since late June, now cooling off near 0.900.
Bull case: hold above 0.900 and resume the push toward 0.940 and fresh highs.
Bear case: fade back below 0.880, giving back most of the breakout move.
