There's only 2 COUNTRIES in the world that allow Pharma to do direct to consumer ads on TV. The US and New Zealand, and New Zealand has very restrictive rules!" RFK says he tried EVERYTHING to ban Pharma ads off TV, but the Supreme Court is BLOCKING him.
New regulations will still require Big Pharma to display more side effects and be more costly "SCOTUS case made it so we CAN'T ban them altogether."
"We've changed regulations to make them be more HONEST." "They have to report more and more side effects, which is going into place now. It will make the ads longer and will possibly make less of them because it's more expensive."
Bring it to SCOTUS and get it overturned ASAP!
