Solana DEXs love the line: "we have no mempool, so no MEV." Sounds safe.
It isn't.

Solana just swapped the public mempool for something equally exploitable — an ordering auction (Jito). Searchers pay validators a tip to land "bundles," and wrap a sandwich around YOUR trade: buy ahead of you, shove the price up, let you fill high, then dump right after.
