If you have not received the email, but are sure that you registered for the Jal Yatra, please check your junk folder, or email [email protected] with your booking reference.

With the Jal Yatra on Thursday, please make sure of the following today:
- You know which boat you have been allocated
- You have planned how you are getting there
- You have downloaded and set up the Île-de-France Mobilités app or purchased a Navigo pass
