Ibn Rajab رحمه الله stated:
If the night before Friday coincides with one of the odd-numbered nights during the last ten, it is more likely [to be the Night of Decree] than other then it.
وإن وقع في ليلة من أوتار العشر ليلة جمعة، فهي أرجى من غيرها
