Anyone with tattoos has daddy issues. This is true for everyone with tattoos.
If you see anyone with tattoos, you can immediately trigger them by pointing out the lack of love they felt from their father growing up. How they respond will indicate whether they have done the hard work of processing past those issues and attempting to fix things with their father, if possible. Or else whether they have come to terms with the neglect that they felt.
