As you're already aware, the AndroidIDE project is no longer maintained as a standalone project. After working on it for about 3 years, the scope became too large to sustain without consistent contributors.
I want to share that I’m now working with App Dev for All on Code On the Go, a fork of AndroidIDE featuring a Java debugger, plugins, offline documentation, and a lot more.
