هي خلايا دم حمراء طبيعيه ذات blunt short projections يتم توزيعها بالتساوي على سطح الخلايا الحمراء .
غالبا تتواجد ب
• Artifact due to slow drying of the smear because of
high humidity
• Renal disease
• Liver disease
• Pyruvate kinase deficiency
