Is it safe to say that (at least the vast majority of) the Albertans who want to separate have completely lost all faith in federal politics, federal politicians, and federal political parties - including the Conservative Party?
I think that this could effectively be argued to be the case, which should be a big eye opener to everyone else in Canada.
The question that everyone should be asking is, "why have so many (presumably) conservative Albertans, who would have (presumably) historically voted for the Conservative Party, now abandoned their loyalty? Why do they feel that there is no longer a viable option? Why have they entirely lost faith in a system that they once supported?
The answers to these questions are important and should be carefully considered.
Hint: Both of these men have sworn their allegiance to King Charles - the physical embodiment of The Crown.
