GIZ-QEP II supports vocational training & employment for refugees, IDPs & Ethiopians in Addis Ababa, Somali, Benishangul-Gumuz & Tigray in partnership with MoLS.
🎯 Role Purpose
Support activities in:
Vocational Guidance & Counseling (VGC)
Employment Promotion
Social Cohesion at TVET colleges
✅ Main Responsibilities
🔸 Assist trainee orientation, workshops, & guidance
🔸 Support job placement & career services (IEPP)
🔸 Help organize training & job events
🔸 Promote social cohesion & psychosocial support
🔸 Data tracking & report preparation
🔸 Assist admin tasks, logistics, gender initiatives
👤 Who We're Looking For
🎓 Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Social Sciences
💬 Strong interpersonal & communication skills
🧠 Interest in youth development & career guidance
💻 Familiar with MS Office
🌍 Fluent in English & local languages
👩🦱 Women & persons with disabilities encouraged
🛠 Required Skills
Relationship-building
