Position: Social Surveyor
Location: Rasayani, Maharashtra
Duration: 20 days of engagement (tentative)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and interviews with locals across 6 villages to assess the impact of #waterconservation interventions and #biodiversity efforts.
- Record data accurately and efficiently to provide meaningful insights.
Ensure compliance with project protocols and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate effectively with locals in both Marathi and English.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Marathi and English (both oral and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in conducting surveys and interviews is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of water conservation interventions, biodiversity, and familiarity with Google Forms is a plus.
