If you’re looking for young talent, here’s who you could meet at YPIP.
This year, 108 YPIP participants from 35 universities across Uzbekistan have spent 12 weeks working at 46 host organizations, gaining real workplace experience, taking on new responsibilities, and figuring out what they want to do next.
And they come from all kinds of backgrounds:

They’ve interned with organizations such as ACWA, Coca-Cola, UNDP, Alvarez&Marsal, Wings Distribution, British Council Uzbekistan, Plug & Play, IT Park, AUT, Iman and many others, working across areas like finance, marketing, IT, research, business development, HR, operations, sales, education and more.
Now it’s their turn to show what they’ve done.
At the YPIP Closing Ceremony, participants will present their internship experiences through Poster Presentation Sessions, sharing their projects, lessons learned, and the skills they’ve developed along the way.
We’re inviting #HR professionals, #recruiters and #company_representatives to come meet them, hear their stories, and discover some of the young professionals who could be your next intern, colleague or hire.
